What we do

We improve the learning and integration capabilities of traumatised refugee children, adolescents and their parents.

For groups of children and teenagers we offer 10 group sessions of 2 hours each, in which experiences are processed with the help of trained trauma therapists. Each child is personally looked after by a TraumaHelfer.

We schedule one appointment per week. Prior to the group lessons, in which a maximum of 10 children take part, we will perform a diagnostic test with each child. This allows us to assess the extent of traumatic stress. At the end of the treatment we test again to document the success of the treatment.

The program is free of charge for children, teenagers and their parents.
